A Message From On Points Founder
"Helping families is my passion! As a 9 year veteran of the Marine Corps and more than 10 years’ experience in Family law, Real Estate allows me to put together all of my skills to help families find that dream home. As a Marine and a Sergeant, my job was to get things done both efficiently and (more importantly) professionally. After the Corps, while starting a family, I worked full time and went to law school. Given that I am a law school graduate I have more tools at my disposal than the average Realtor. I am a devout family man, husband of 21 +years, and father of three young ladies." - Ryan Watts
Finding Your Dream Home
When searching for that perfect home, be it Cameron Park or Lincoln we know the area. We not only live, go to school and work in the greater Sacramento area, but we have roots here. With that love and knowledge in the area comes understanding of the market. Yes we have MLS and all the other tools that agents use to look up properties, but we also have family and friends spread throughout the region and that gives us insight into schools, access to shopping and more importantly, safer areas that help us feel secure in our investments.
Listing Your Home
Selling your home is a stressful and even daunting undertaking. Our job is to prepare your home for sale with prospective buyers in mind to help them realize THEIR dream; we even offer professional staging for your home, if necessary, to meet that goal. Once the home is ready, it will be advertised throughout social media, the main real estate search engines, and even on YouTube.
Negotiating the Contract
Knowing and understanding the contract is the heart of our business. With more than a decade in the Family Law arena, we have the tools needed to not only understand the language in the contract, but help you to understand it as well. Knowing exactly what the contract says, helps you when negotiating so that you know you are in the best position to close on the deal, on time…Remember, it’s not always about getting the best price, it might be better to accept a lower offer, if the contract is cleaner.
